Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager oversees the end-to-end supply chain operations and team within the company, ensuring efficient and cost-effective inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate must have experience working with Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify in the US market and be capable of building scalable, flexible processes from the ground up. This role demands fast execution and the ability to adjust to evolving factors such as US tariffs, changes in production locations, and expansion into new markets. The manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and building a resilient supply chain framework to handle disruptions caused by tariffs, production shifts, and market changes.
End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy & Inventory Governance
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.
Own and optimize ERP-driven inventory governance, ensuring data accuracy, automation, and process standardization.
Lead the design and execution of replenishment systems, demand forecasting models, and inventory planning frameworks.
Establish key performance metrics for inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency.
Automation and Process Optimization
Drive the automation of supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and forecasting.
Implement and maintain scalable systems and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual dependencies.
Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance agility, minimize costs, and increase efficiency.
Supplier and Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to improve lead times, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Negotiate supplier contracts and establish alternative sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
Develop performance tracking systems for supplier reliability and compliance.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Risk Mitigation
Lead supply chain risk assessment initiatives, ensuring proactive contingency planning for potential disruptions.
Drive strategic collaboration across sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain execution with business objectives.
Influence cross-functional decision-making by providing insights into supply chain performance and market trends.
Order Fulfillment and Logistics
Oversee order fulfillment for Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Optimize warehouse and 3PL relationships to improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor logistics performance.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build and manage a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
6+ years of direct experience in end-to-end supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on strategy, automation, and supplier governance.
Proven track record of owning and implementing ERP-driven inventory control and supply chain governance frameworks.
Extensive experience managing supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional supply chain strategy, risk mitigation frameworks, and long-term planning.
Strong background in supply planning, replenishment systems, and automation within e-commerce or retail environments.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, supply chain automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
Bonus points for experience managing an operations team, especially in a multinational or cross-functional setting.
