At Go North, we’re scaling fast - and we’re looking for a Product Compliance Specialist who’s ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Own

You’ll be at the core of our compliance operations, making sure our products - from toys and children’s goods, to cosmetics, food contact materials, animal treats, and pet accessories - are legally compliant across all our markets (starting with the US and EU).

You will:

• Analyze specifications of new and existing products and determine what’s required to legally sell them in new markets

• Create clear compliance plans that include mandatory testing, labeling requirements, markings, documentation, and certifications

• Evaluate and approve packaging and labeling for legal compliance before launch

• Work closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Content, and Supply Chain teams to guide compliance decisions

• Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks (think GPSR, CPSC, FDA, REACH, AAFCO, etc.)

What You Bring

• Previous experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs (consumer goods, pet, FCM, or cosmetics preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of at least EU and US compliance regulations

• Experience interpreting regulations and translating them into clear, actionable guidance

• High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and clarity

• A "yes, and..." attitude and a collaborative spirit

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
